Found this podcast by Stephanie Crassweller (health & nutrition coach) the other day and binged 5 episodes. It was so eye-opening and it busted a couple of myths. Carbs are helpful to weight loss when you eat the right ones at the right time. I'm gonna start ordering a side of fries with that salad. But don't forget the protein! You need to be eating a ton of that too, but maybe extend your eating window. Most of it supports what Stacy Sims shares, although conflicts with her saying not to eat 2-3 hours before bed.
Stephanie's informative 30 minute episodes are done in one take, on camera, which I find pretty impressive.
